Magnesium is an essential mineral nutrient for life and is present in every cell type in every organism.  It essential for the formation of bone, teeth and for normal nerve function.  It is also essential for cell energy production and many enzymes depend on it to function normally.

Interplexus Fura-Mag provides magnesium in the form of furamate, which has a fractional absorption efficiency of 80%.  It is a natural organic complex and is readily metabolised.

Just one capsule of Fura-Mag will provide about 110mg of bioavailable magnesium. Therefore two capsules will provide 220mg of magnesium or 180% of RDI equivalence, based on absorption.
